Jason began his career in the construction industry as a laborer working for his dad during the summer months and school breaks on some of the commercial construction sites. In doing so he was able to learn all aspects of construction from working in the field to administration to management. This is what makes Jason a team leader.  He understands what everyone in his team is working for as he’s done it too.  Jason is very proud of the work and product that his team delivers at the end - this is what sets them apart from the competition. Jason’s leadership style fosters a very caring company that loves what they do.

Paul Hachey, Vice President and Operations Manager, has over 15 years of experience in the industry.  Having gained experience from large-scale public and private sector projects, Paul is accustomed to accelerated schedules, supervising laborers and subcontractors, and working with the public.  Paul's primary responsibility is overseeing the performance of all aspects of the construction process.  Paul now participates in early design reviews and conducts meetings with owners and the design team to monitor all projects' performances. With a passion for construction, Paul attributes his success to the great leaders of construction he has had a chance to work with in the past.

Jacques has been involved in the construction profession since he was fourteen years old, when he went to work as a carpenter helper building and renovating homes for his Dad. That began his lifelong career in construction.

After graduation from high school, Jacques joined the Insurance Broker industry and served 10 years in the financial business. But, his passion for putting up buildings never left and in 2005 it brought him back to the construction industry. From building and selling homes, to baby barns and garages, to the latest in commercial construction – it is all equally exciting for Jacques!

In 2007 Jacques accepted a management position as Director of Sales with Camco Group. Jacques is responsible for overseeing operations of sales in the Greater Moncton and surrounding area. At the same time he manages to make sure clients have a follow up and reach satisfaction while being served in a Bilingual capacity. To stay current with local business trends, Jacques and the Camco Group are members of the Greater Moncton Home Builders’ Association, the Moncton North East Construction Association, and the Greater Moncton Chamber of Commerce.

With his passion for his work, and his pride for his lovely wife and two wonderful kids, Jacques feels he lives the perfect lifestyle!

From being in the construction field since the age of 19 to achieving success with all types of construction, Mr. Melanson has seen it all.  Over the years, he centered his efforts on customer satisfaction.  His direction was to build every project to his client’s wishes, enhancing Camco Construction as a leader in the industry.  He enjoys a well-earned retirement and still acts as a consultant to the new team.

Amber has been a Civil Engineering Technologist since 1992.  Amber's diverse experience which includes drafting, estimating, tendering, provisioning and sales, had led her to her career in project management.

Amber is always professional and personable in relating with clients and colleagues.  In addition to being a great team player, her skill set includes strong work ethics, organizational abilities, excellent attention to detail, as well as a great technical, problem-solving and communications aptitude.
